I hate it when Ukrainians commit war crimes. It's not a good look.
This looks like a big one. I can't confirm it's true and I don't know the location or context around it, but an earlier tweet seems to say Wagner already has a suspect in custody, whom they are torturing.

One reason to be skeptical is that there are various stories about Wagner killing its own troops (e.g. for desertion).
If they want to help Putin out with psyops, they could round up a few Wagnerites they intended to kill anyway, but then dress up the executioner as Ukrainian.
