Traditionally, AIs are known for learning pretty slowly.
This AI apparently learns faster than humans. (As usual I haven't read the paper; maybe it can only learn fast, or at all, in the specific kind of environment it was trained in? Awesome either way!)

(I meant this in terms of the amount of learning per training example; in terms of wall-clock time, AIs typically learn much faster than humans)
