@StevenFan good question, I'll let you know once I figure out if I like this stuff or not. it's different than other mead I've had, much drier, they say they are more traditional but I'm still considering

@pee_zombie i like dry stuff. I don't really even have the language to describe mead but what I've tried tastes medicinal??

@Navertal @StevenFan i've had Brotherhood Carroll's a couple of times, its pretty good, low-key, nothing fancy but a nice solid relatively sweet mead. currently i'm trying out several of Groennfell and Havoc's meads, they're all much more dry but have complex flavors. the former purports to be brewed according to traditional recipes, which is interesting. the latter has various interesting bold takes on mead, I think I like them.
