Hmmmm no equivalent to quote-tweeting is an interesting design choice - I suppose on the one hand it stops dunks etc, but on the other hand it makes using someones thoughts as a launching-off point for my own difficult, and cripples threading my own thoughts... seems unfortunate
@tautologer which lends further credence to the idea they would be useful - federation means you can find instances that use them how you want, and avoid ones that don't, imo
