@TetraspaceGrouping @amir this old-school Italian panini shop near me makes the best scrambled eggs I've ever had in my life and I'm pretty sure they're so good because they add butter to them

the French have an elaborate method of cooking the eggs in low heat over a water bath with super soft curds, the American way is quick and dirty over high heat making large curtains of egg
I prefer medium curds over medium heat - best of both worlds!

i prefer spinach+cheddar+garam masala myself, but there are other ways to do it
