Roasting the remain of our green coffee beans in the sun, I will leave them longer and try for a dark roast.

@city if you have access to the grid, and have redundancy with some other way to cook, it's probably not a good fit. If you're offgrid, it's an excellent idea to supplement your principal cooking fuel.
