I can tell you the difference between URL, URN, URI, and IRI, but it’s gonna make you angry. In common practice, there are few times one needs to be this precise.
More maddening, I just learned the HTML spec refers to a “base URL” while the DOM spec refers to a “baseURI” property on the Node interface… which in turn is defined as the “base URL”. 😵💫
