although now that i’m writing this out i’m buying it less. it’s probably just a cameron-thing that i find that choosing a template opens up a whole new world of decisions to hesitate and torture myself over, versus just working and note taking

notion gives you all the building blocks to structure your thoughts, w/ tables and databases and tags and page hierarchies and metadata

trying to add someone else’s framework on top of this feels unnecessary to me, esp ones with hard-to-riff-on aesthetics

there are like maybe 3 distinct organizational methods worth learning. the rest is all hemming and hawing and not wanting to do real work

i saw this as someone ofc who never got along with multi colored highlighters, so there’s a great chance this is cameron-specific

notion templates are an antipattern IMO

i literally killed and murdered the second interview

product manager was endlessly and visibly excited about me

ugh worried that i bombed that part of the interview process lol

i think a lot of the people i know who are not morning people (including me) are not morning people bc they're addicted to something they do in the evenings

for me, whenever i spend time away from video games, i go to bed and wake up at a reasonable time

maybe i'm just totally brainwormed but the little embroidering on the back makes it work for me

it should just say "heavy" or "1kg" on it

wondering if all possible complaints boil down to "iykyk"

like if you cared about tungsten cubes or knew what they were you wouldn't need it to say tungsten on the cube
