The Incrementalist believes that the world can be made better by small steps.
The Radical believes that the system must be pulled out by the roots and replaced wholesale.

Visionary <----------> Managerialist
The Visionary believes in the possibility of a better world and wants to change things to get there.
The Managerialist is only concerned with running the current government more effectively.
Both the Incrementalist and the Radical believe in the possibility of a better world.
