@mgj That is indeed somewhat better. I had heard of a similar initiative in NL called "Kalf bij Koe". https://www.zuiverzuivel.nl/kalf-bij-de-koe/
If you read a bit further then, it turns out that they still separate them after 5 weeks (bulls) or 3 months (cows).
Although I really appreciate the efforts, I think this initiative is too little too late.
