look I get why it feels like trash is a defining feature of this city but if my block looked like that on garbage collection day I'd set the trash heap on fire

@pareinoia there has been a qualitative change in the amount of ambient garbage in Los Angeles over the last decade or so. there are ripped open garbage bags _everywhere_
