I've long said to be waiting for this sort of genetic screen to be possible before having children, as there's no way I'm raising a seriously disabled child; finally, this is becoming feasible. I'm incredibly grateful to have been born just in time to acquire such capabilities
they will try to stop us from doing this, in the name of fairness and equity
