some thoughts on this choice, two days in:
-its shocking just how bad a lot of high art is
like, theres a lot of really good art just floating around on the internet, and i have taken the typical quality of this stuff completely for granted

just followed 200 #artbot accounts and now my twitter feed is replaced with art

several of them were at the general quality level of a college art student
im not even talking about the modern art stuff, some of the sketches and portraits were just bad
we live in a world where internet randos are often better artists than the professionals
-there is far more art than anyone will ever be able to look at in their lifetime
like, a lot more

-paintings of boats seems to be a whole subgenre
-artists are allowed to be much hornier than everyone else
nudes are good, but only as Art, apparently
-it can get kind of annoying, actually
probably related to the general lack of quality, ive unfollowed ~half the #artbot accounts already
its just too much, and several of them have context that i dont get, which is too much effort to try and understand for every tweet
