order 2 obvious good: above + your friends recognise it as good
order 3 obvious good: above + many other people are doing it
order 4 obvious good: above + you have no possible reason not to do it
if when you suggest an order O2 good, people push back and say it’s not good, it’s probably order O1
if when you suggest an order O3 good, people point out systemic incentives leading it to be hard to do, it’s probably order O2
if when you suggest an order O4 good, someone comes up with a ridiculous unrealistic contrived example in which it could be “okay” not to do, it’s probably order O3
