@ayegill Thanks!! In principle, yes — github.com/jonsterling/forest — but please note that it is not documented and it will likely change a lot in the near future, maybe in incompatible ways.

It's mostly Hugo, but there is an additional tool to generate svgs from LaTeX diagrams.
