Hey, if there's one thing living in Kansas has taught me, it's that the correctest procedure for tornadoes is to stand on your porch and play spot-the-funnel-cloud.

I have not-so-fond memories of being single digits old in Oklahoma, watching a tornado out the back window of our house. Looked just like the fake one in The Wizard of Oz.
Our family had a deal with our neighbors, to share their storm cellar. Because our house didn't have one.
What nobody tells you is how freaking *loud* those monsters are.
