How do you kick someone out of a decentralized community for harmful behavior? After looking through several cases I'm familiar with, it seems like successful efforts depend on:
1. Clear misbehavior, in a way that nearly everyone would agree if they looked into it.
2. Detailed public accusations, so people can look into it if they doubt the consensus.
