Still wish they would just regularize the 25th Amendment removal that already happened, much more straightforward than impeachment

@mattparlmer Guaranteed Maik Pains is a blocker on that. And given all the resignations, I think a majority of the cabinet would be even less likely to vote in favor of a 25A removal than before.
