@himachalite I'd go with galla ŋurušak. It'd be more common to spell it 𒊩𒆷𒄨𒀀 , but 𒊩𒆷𒄨𒊭 is also fine.
/mug/ is a very late gloss, it's not used as a word for "vulva" in Sumerian (and I'm not sure what you need the final 𒋫 for?)
