I haven't aly looked into meditation (...oops), but ib it's mby similar to high-effort sessions? Brain exhausted after 60m of perspective-projection.
We do 30m pre evy bedtime (Trojan-embedding her kernel into stable cortical circuits by simulating her into emotionally-salient ancient memories; also targeting recurring dream-content).
