What advice would you have for someone who feels like they don't know what they truly care about (and indeed have suppressed it for many years and focused on what they're "supposed to" care about)?

@tortle my general strategy is to slow down and detach myself from what I *perceive* myself to enjoy, or just the stuff I do just because. in that empty space I let desires arise and try not to judge or dismiss them, and play with them in my inner space until I feel motivated enough to try it out
