when I was like 9 y/o I had trouble remembering which one was Staryu and which one was Starmie so I remembered it like "someone is dealing cards but they're cheating, so 'you' only gets 5 while 'me' gets 10" (in reference to the # of points Staryu/Starmie have)

I mean yeah it's not supposed to be available *days* before your appointment, but the least they could do is put up a "this screening will become available on 03/27/21 12:00 AM" message rather than saying they *couldn't find your appointment in their system*.
if you try to access the screening hours before it gives you a very confusing "sorry, we couldn't find your appointment in our system" error, which is guaranteed to make quite a few people confused and nervous. come on, for the purposes of UX, 1am is still the same day.
