to what degree can the instance be modified? i have a few ideas that seem promising

e.g. saw a toot saying that its better to upload videos and images to other hosting platforms (like youtube) and link to that in order to save space and bandwidth for the server

i'd like to have kids one day, but there's a looong way to that. finding a suitable partner and reorganizing society

@andrew (i'm not sure how familiar you are with psychedelics. so i'm adding the basics juuuust in case

also, i only did LSD twice in my life and haven't done any other drugs)

@andrew i'd also suggest learning meditation and focusing (gendlin) before you do psychedelics makes the experience much better

make sure you know what drug youre doing and get it from a trusted source. make sure you know how it works and how to handle the possible side effects

LSD is quite safe compared to other drugs, and it works on a subtype of serotonin receptor

apart from that i think psychedelics are extremely good, even if you get a bad trip people sometimes appreciate them

Mastodon seems to dislike bots, which is a welcome change

couldn't discuss psychedelics nor cryptocurrencies on twitter without getting spammed by a bunch of bots

Musk seems stressed by Twitter's financial state, and even more so by people injuring his ego.

Mastodon is explicitly a twitter competitor, and so i'm guessing that he felt threatened by it. whereas other platforms aren't in direct competition to Twitter

i don't remember the last time i had to split a tweet into two halves. i have perfected the art of compressing thoughts to tweets. and now the toots are bigger
